Chocolate cake is a dessert that everyone loves,
So why shouldn’t vegans and gluten avoiders enjoy it?
The following recipe is for a super delicious vegan chocolate cake, beware of addiction!
Ingredients for The Vegan Chocolate Cake

So let’s get started!
3/4 cup almond or soy milk
1 cup apple vinegar or 2 tablespoons fresh lemon
1/4 cup oil of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup mashed apple
2 tbsp almond or walnut butter, or tahini
6 tbsp – Sweeteners: maple, date syrup, coconut sugar
1 cup grinded coconut
1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut flour / 1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons cornflour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
While stirring, add the ingredients to the bowl in the order above.
Pour the mixture to a 18*18 pan, and bake for 35-35 minutes.
After you take the cake out of the oven, let it cool for half an hour.
The Chocolate Cream (Optional)
Melt 100 grams of chocolate, mix it with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil,
And pour it over the cake.
Finally, sprinkle 2 cups of grinded coconut above the cake.
Put it in the fridge to solidify for two hours.

This recipe is for chocolate cookies with healthy ingredients and very simple to make.
3/4 cup almond flour
Teaspoon baking powder
A spoonful of quality and organic cocoa
1/3 cup of grinded coconut
10 dates without the seed
Teaspoon of vanilla
2 tbsp date syrup
10 tbsp of melted coconut oil
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Make small round cookies from the mixture.
Place on the pan and bake for ten minutes
Note: It is recommended that the cookies should be small for maximum enjoyment 🙂
